ModernFormations Gallery and Performance Space

Space rental fee for an event is $50 or 20% of the door, whichever is greater (For bands, Modernformations does not book shows directly unless the touring band is willing to guarantee the venue the rental fee).
Space rental fee for a 'special event' with a door charge is $75 or 20% of the door, whichever is greater. There is a $75 flat fee for special event rentals without a door charge. Charge must be paid the night of the event, at the latest. (A special event would be one that provides food and/or drink for those who attend the event.)
All events must be finished by 11:00pm Sunday-Thursday or 1:00am Friday and Saturday.
No smoking, open flame, pyrotechnics, confetti, smoke machines, or incense will be allowed in the gallery.
Band events are no longer BYOB, and ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED, unless special permission is given by the gallery.
Promoter must find someone to work the door at charged events.
No more than three bands to a bill.
For advertising purposes, ModernFormations is ONE word.
Any behavior that endangers the artwork or property of the gallery is prohibited. Renting party will be held responsible if damage occurs.
